These Rules enter into force on 1 November 2011.
Abstract

These Rules, consisting of 104 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by four Schedules, apply to rock lobster fishery. The Rules provide for total allowable catch, limits and restrictions on the taking and possessing of rock lobster, areas where fishing rock lobster may occur, lobster fishery season, size limits, fishing apparatus, etc.
