Abstract

The Regulations declare South Berry Islands Marine Reserve and its surrounding waters to be a protected area for purposes of the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Act, 1977 and prohibits fishing or removal of any fishery resource from the protected area except with the written permission of the Minister for educational, research and scientific purposes.
