The Regulations cover commercial fishery licences (Part 2), defines commercial fishery licence conditions (Part 3), regulates recreational licences (Part 4), sets prohibitions and restrictions on fishing (Part 5) including size limits, catch limits and seasons and prescribes offences and penalties.
