Abstract

The Ordinance provides for rules for the protection of fish and other forms of aquatic life in the waters of Hong Kong. The Governor may appoint fisheries officers and authorized officers (sects. 3 and 4). The Governor may by regulation provide for management and conservation measures specified in section 4. Other sections deal with enforcement and legal proceedings. (10 sections and one Schedule)
