Abstract

These Regulations prohibit the Landing, etc. of Berried Lobster and undersized lobsters: No person shall land, sell, offer for sale, or otherwise dispose of or buy, offer to buy or otherwise acquire any berried lobster or mutilated lobster. No person shall land, sell, offer to sale or otherwise dispose of or buy, offer to buy or otherwise acquire, any lobster which: (a) if of a total length of less than ten inches; or (b) is of a length of less than three and one-half inches measured form between the base of the ocular horns to the rear margin of the carapace or cape. Contravention of the above rules is declared to be an offence and penalties are prescribed.
