The taking of any fish and the anchoring of any vessel: (a) at any time, within the protected areas specified in paragraph 2(a) to (i) (inclusive); or (b) during the period beginning on 1 May and continuing until and throughout 31 August in any year, within the protected areas specified in paragraph 2(j) to (m) (inclusive) is prohibited.
