Abstract

These Regulations , made by the Minister for Fisheries and Marine Resources under section 59 of the Fisheries Act, prohibits the catching for sale, catching and retaining in captivity for sale, exposing for sale, or exporting any live dolphin or operating a dolphin holding facility for the purpose of exposing for sale or export. This does not apply to catching of dolphins or possessing of dolphins products for traditional purposes or catching of dolphins, retaining in captivity of live dolphins,
