Abstract

This Regulation, made by the Minister under section 59 of the Fisheries Act, prohibits the export of dolphins of the genera Stenell, Tursips, Peponocephala, Lagarnodelphis, Grampus and Pseudorica. Any person who contravenes this rule shall be liable to a fine or imprisonment.
