No person shall erect a fish pin wider than twenty-six feet and no person shall operate such pins without a permission of the licensed owner of the pin (reg. 3). Fishing grounds shall be marked and no other fishing boat shall occupy fishing grounds already in occupation without a permission of the captain of the boat already occupying the fishing grounds (reg. 4). No person other than those authorized by the owner or the captain shall handle nets, pin, or sticks used for seine pin fishing during fishing operations or during the period when the pin seine is being set for fishing. No person shall wilfully cause a vessel to sail over fishing gear set for fishing. Full text English
