The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Fisheries Act of 16 May 1990. In particular, the Ordinance regulates: a) fishing permits; b) exercise of fishing and protection of fish and crabs, c) organization and implementation. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fishing authorization (II); Practice of fishing and protection of fish and crabs (III); Organization and implementation (IV); Penalties (V); Final provisions (VI).
