This Subpart of Part 660 of Title 50 of the Federal Code of Regulations implements the Fishery Management Plan for Coastal Pelagic Species (FMP). These Regulations govern commercial fishing for CPS in the EEZ off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California.
