Abstract

This Subpart of Part 648 of the Code of Federal Regulations, among other things, concerns the annual review and specifications process of the status of the red crab fishery and resource by specifies public bodies. It also concerns the implement a framework adjustment for the Red Crab Fisheries Management Plan (FMP) and certain conservation measures for Atlantic red crab such as gear restrictions and possession and landing restrictions.
