Abstract

This Subpart of Part 660 of Title 50 of the Federal Code of Regulations provides rules for fishing for Atlantic Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish in the mid-Atlantic and implements certain specifications, policies and rules on acceptable biological catches produced by the Scientific and Statistical Committee for Mid-Atlantic Fisheries and the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council. Rules concern fisheries access and closures, restrictions on fishing allocations, possession and gear restrictions and adjustments to management measures.
