Abstract

This Subpart of Part 622 of the Code of Federal Regulations provides rules for harvesting for queen conch in the Caribbean EEZ. Rules concern seasonal and area closures, prohibited gear and methods, minimum size limit, landing of queen conch intact, bag limits. The Regulations also concern limits on the amount of the applicable species that may be possessed on board or landed, purchased, or sold from a vessel per day and adjustment of management measures by the Regional Administrator (RA).
