Abstract

This Subpart of Part 622 of the Code of Federal Regulations provides rules for fishing in a coral area and for the taking of coral. The taking of coral for other than for scientific purposes, or as exempted fishing or exempted educational activity is prohibited. Requirements concern permits, use of gear and sale and purchase of coral. The Regulations also concern adjustment of management measures by the Regional Administrator (RA).
