Abstract

This Subpart of Part 622 of the Code of Federal Regulations provides selected rules for the fishing for pelagic sargassum in the South Atlantic EEZ. Those rules concern compulsory coverage of fishing trips by NMFS-approved observers, area and seasonal restrictions, minimum mesh size, catch quotas and restrictions applicable after a quota closure.
