Abstract

This Subpart of Part 622 of the Code of Federal Regulations provides rules for commercial shrimp fishery in the South Atlantic EEZ. The Regulations set out requirements regarding permits, recordkeeping and reporting, vessel monitoring systems NMFS-approved observers on board of vessels, installation of bycatch reduction devices, meshsize. They also concern area and seasonal closures and adjustment of management measures by the Regional Administrator (RA).
