Abstract

This Subpart of Part 622 of the Code of Federal Regulations provides rules for fishing in a coral area and for the taking of aquacultured live rock. The taking of coral for other than scientific purposes is prohibited. Requirements concern record-keeping, permits, use of gear and sale and purchase of live rock. The Regulations also concern adjustment of management measures by the Regional Administrator (RA).
