No person shall fish without the consent in writing of the Director of fisheries. Also entering or residing in marine reserve is restricted. various other activities that may damage fauna, flora or the ecosystem of a marine reserve are prohibited. No person shall, within a Marine Reserve, use or have in his possession any type of fishing equipment save with the permission in writing of a Fisheries Officer in charge of such Reserve.
