These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.
Abstract

For purposes of management of fisheries in the area as described in the Southern Squid Jig Fishery Management Plan 2005, the Australian Fisheries Management Authority must enter in the Register prescribed details in relation to a nominated boat for a "gear SFR".
