Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 31 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for Northern Zone and Southern Zone Rock Lobster Fisheries. They regulate licences and related fees, provide for the registration of boats, for the allocation of quotas and for catch and disposal records.
