Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 12 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for the River Fishery. The River Fishery consists of the taking of aquatic resources specified in Schedule 1 in the River Murray. They regulate the maximum number of licences and registration.
