Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing for the management of Miscellaneous Broodstock and Seedstock Fishery. The Miscellaneous Broodstock and Seedstock Fishery consists of: a) the taking of sexually mature aquatic organisms in the waters of the State to provide reproductive material for the purposes of aquaculture; or b) the taking of juvenile aquatic organisms in the waters of the State for the purposes of aquaculture.
