Abstract

These Regulations implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for the Marine Scalefish Fishery and the Restricted Marine Scalefish Fishery, which consist in the taking of Razorfish (Pinna bicolor) in coastal waters for the purpose of bait. They regulate licences and related fees, provide for the registration of boats, for the allocation of quotas and for catch and disposal records.
