Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Fisheries Management Act 1991, specify details that must be included by the Australian Fisheries Management Authority (AFMA) in the register established in accordance with section 45 of the Act for each statutory fishing right granted for the fishery under the Macquarie Island Toothfish Fishery Management Plan 2006.
