Abstract These Regulations, made under the Fisheries Management Act 1991, prescribe international fisheries management measures, international fisheries management arrangements and international fisheries management organizations for purposes of subsection 4(1) of the Act. International fisheries management measures include measures to give effect to measures of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources, the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission and the Commission for the Conservation and Management of Highly Migratory Fish Stocks in the Western and Central Pacific Ocean.
