Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing for the Charter Boat Fishery, which consists of facilitating recreational fishing by persons by the provision of charter boat fishing services to the persons under charter boat fishing agreements. These regulations do not apply in relation to recreational fishing in inland waters.
