Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 12 sections completed by two Schedules, implement the Fisheries Management Act 2007 by providing the management scheme for the Blue Crab and by constituting the Blue Crab Fishery. They regulate the following issues: Registration; Blue crab pot entitlements and carriage of crab pots on boats; Individual blue crab catch quota system; Catch and disposal records; Periodic returns, Licensing and related fees.
