Abstract This notice states the place at which the Fishing Vessel Register, the Permit Register, and the High Seas Permit Register must be located, and the hours when they must be open for inspection by the public. In accordance with sections 296B and 296C of the Fisheries Act 1996 and the Fisheries (Transfer of Functions, Duties, and Powers to Commercial Fisheries Services Limited) Order 2013, this notice is made by Commercial Fisheries Services Limited. The registers must be located at the offices of Commercial Fisheries Services Limited at Level 6, Eagle Technology House, 135 Victoria Street, Wellington 6011. The registers must be open for inspection by the public from 8 am until 5 pm on any day except— (a) a Saturday, a Sunday, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, the Sovereign’s birthday, and Labour Day; and (b) if Waitangi Day or Anzac Day falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, the following Monday; and (c) the day observed as anniversary day in Wellington; and (d) a day in the period beginning on 25 December in a year and ending on 2 January in the following year; and (e) if 1 January falls on a Friday, the following Monday; and (f) if 1 January falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, the following Monday and Tuesday.
