Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to fishing in inland waters. In particular, the purpose of the present Law is the: a) conservation, creation and restoration of a healthy fish stock and river crabs; b) conservation, improvement and restoration of the livelihoods for such animals; c) protection of endangered species and river crabs; and d) sustainable use of fishing waters. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 8 chapters: General matters (I); Fishing areas (II); Fishing activities (III); Breeding seasons (IV); Monitoring procedures (V); Fees (VII); Penalties (VIII).
