These Regulations enter into force on 8 August 2011.
Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 6 sections and completed by three Schedules, prescribe offences under the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 and under related regulations and rules specified in the Schedules, and the penalties applicable to those offences.
