Abstract

This Subpart of Part 665 of Title 50 of the Federal Code of Regulations concerns fishing in the fishing within the Rose Atoll Marine National Monument. The Monument consists of emergent and submerged lands and waters extending seaward approximately 50 nm from Rose Atoll. Commercial fishing is prohibited in the Monument.
