Abstract

This Subpart of Part 665 of Title 50 of the Federal Code of Regulations codifies certain provisions of the Presidential Proclamation of 2009 on the establishment of the Marianas Trench Marine National Monument and govern the administration of fishing in the Marianas Trench Marine National Monument. It regulates and prohibits fishing activities in the area and provides with respect to fishing permit procedures and criteria.
