Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Fisheries Improvement Loans Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to loans destined to improve fisheries. The text – consisting of 27 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: application, classes or kinds of fishing equipment, development or improvement of a primary fishing enterprise, application for loan, purchase or construction of fishing vessel loans; purchase or construction of fishing equipment loans; major repair or major overhaul of a fishing vessel or its hull, superstructure or engine loans, purchase or construction of a shore installation or purchase,
