Abstract

This Notice established that, for the purposes of Part 6A of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna is an agreement or arrangement within the meaning of section 113B of the Act and the conservation and management measures adopted by that Commission, set out in the Schedule to this Notice, are measures within the meaning of section 113B of the Act.
