Abstract

These Regulations implement the Fisheries Act 1982 by providing specifications on several matters related to fisheries management. In particular, the regulations cover the sale, purchase and possession of fish; the registration of devices for commercial and recreational uses; marking of fishing vessels; the management of specific fisheries and the management of lobsters.
