Abstract These Regulations, consisting of 22 sections divided into four Parts and completed by four Schedules, implement the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 by providing specifications on several matters related to fisheries management. In particular, the Regulations cover the taking and possession of specific fish species including the minimum size permitted, and by prescribing fishing licence fees as listed in Schedule 2.
