Abstract

These Regulations amend paragraph (2) of regulation 18 concerning regulation making powers, paragraph (2) of regulation 28 concerning the mesh size of trawl nets, amend the Second Schedule and delete the Third Schedule and replace it by a new one. (4 regulations)
