Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations in regulation 2 and the Second Schedule in respect of fees for: access for bilateral foreign fishing vessels and Locally-based Chartered Foreign Fishing Vessels (access and administration fees); license fees for fish processing and fish export establishments (including export of dolphins and other live fish).
