Abstract

These Regulations implement the Fisheries Act 1982 by providing specifications on the importation and sale of exotic fish, on fish farming and release into natural water, on fish diseases and their treatment. The Regulations also defines the powers of fisheries officers in relation to the implementation of the Act.
