Abstract Subsection 6 of section 4 has been rewritten. This subsection declares the fishing of fish or transhipment of fish without a licence to be an offence and prescribes that the onus of proof of specified facts shall lie with the accused. Section 5 deals with notification of fish on board of vessels entering the fishery waters. Minor amendments are made to section 7 which prohibits transhipment without a licence and section 14 which prohibits obstructing of Fisheries Protection Officers.
