These Regulations enter into force on 1 October 2005.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Central Area Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986 by replacing regulation 7D, which prohibits set netting from Tirua Point to Pariokariwa Point, to update the coordinates relating to that area.
