These Regulations enter into force 28 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Central Area Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986 by replacing regulation 5C, which prohibits set netting from Tirua Point to Pariokariwa Point, to update the co-ordinates relating to that area.
