Abstract These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Auckland and Kermadec Areas Commercial Fishing) Regulations 1986 by substituting regulations 4A, 4C and 4D with new regulations to further restrict the areas within which commercial fishing of certain tuatua, cockle, and pipi stocks can occur, and by revoking regulation 22A.
