These Regulations enter into force on 1 May 2012.
Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries (Auckland and Kermadec Areas Amateur Fishing) Regulations 1986 by providing that 5 is the maximum daily number of bluenose that may be taken within the Auckland fishery management area.
