Entry into force notes
These regulations shall come into operation on 8 September 2022.
Abstract

These Regulations apply to any foreign fishing boat or vessel licensed under section 34 and 35 of the Act; any Mauritian fishing boat or vessel licensed under section 36 of the Act. They don't apply to Mauritian fishing boats of a length of less than 12 metres.
