Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 74(1)(f) and (j) of the Fisheries and Marine Resources Act no. 27 of 2007, provide for amending the Fisheries and Marine Resources (Fishing of Octopus) Regulations 2016, by replacing the definition of closed season.
