Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations 2010 in regulation 15 by revoking paragraph (5) and replacing it with the following— "Any person, other than a registered fisherman, fishing from land who takes, or the master or other person in charge of any vessel, which is not a licensed fishing vessel, upon which are found, more than 10 red hinds (Epinephelus guttatus) shall be deemed to have taken the red hinds within a 24-hour period", and by making other amendments relating offences.
