Abstract

Regulation 14 of the Fisheries Regulations 1972 is amended by redefining the weight of blue marlin in order to qualify this species as protected fish. Regulations 14 prescribes that any person who takes, injures, sells, purchases or is in possession of, any protected fish commits an offence against these Regulations.
