Abstract

These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations, 1972 by inserting new provisions that require the Minister to issue, together with a licence, a coloured decal that must be exposed on licensed fishing vessel and by defining the sale of live lobsters by a fisherman who is not licensed to take lobsters under these Regulations to be an offence.
